I am a Bristol-based conceptual visual artist who came to art unexpectedly, completing an art degree in 2023.

Before graduating, I worked in the health and social care sector, initially training as a social worker. This experience continues to shape my creative practice, informing an ongoing interest in people and the ways we are influenced by our physical, social, and psychological environments.

I explore themes of belonging, transition, ageing, body image, relationships, and loss, drawing upon my own experience and the reflections of others.

Working across textiles, sculpture, installation, found objects, and performance, I use materials from diverse sources to examine these ideas, question assumptions, and invite reflection on experiences that are both deeply personal and widely shared.

Collaboration is central to my practice. I regularly invite others to contribute, and their stories bring different perspectives to the work while encouraging reflection and conversation.
